N J Cleaning Services charge a competitive rate for cleaning jobs. How much your clean will cost will depend on a number of factors, including the size of the property, the current level of cleanliness and the fixtures and appliances to be included. Do you charge for a quote?
Absolutely not! Here at N J Cleaning Services we offer a FREE, no obligation quote. We will arrange to visit the property, at a time convenient with you, talk through the clean and provide you with a written quote and breakdown of the work we will carry out. This means you can decide if our service is right for you before choosing to book.
Do you clean carpets?
We are looking into providing a carpet cleaning service in the future. Carpet cleaning requires specialist equipment and training to ensure a professional finish and avoiding soggy carpets. At present, N J Cleaning Services do not have the facilities to offer this service, but we are looking into it. We can recommend a local professional carpet cleaning company if required.
Do you include vacuuming carpets?
When quoting for a clean, N J Cleaning Services are more than happy to include vacuuming carpets. Please be aware that if booking an end of tenancy clean, most agents/landlords require carpets to be professionally cleaned. A genuine professional carpet cleaner will include a thorough vacuuming of carpets within their quote, as this is a significant part of the carpet cleaning process.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes we do! N J Cleaning Services can include a domestic clean of your oven as well as other kitchen appliances. Please note, a domestic clean may not be sufficient for heavily soiled ovens. If you are looking for a ‘back to new’ clean or have a heavily soiled oven we would recommend contacting a specialist oven cleaner. A genuine specialist oven cleaner will have tools to completely strip your oven down and specialist equipment to remove heavily baked on debris, to return your oven to a new looking state.
How soon do I need to book?
During the spring/summer time, N J Cleaning Services can get very busy with end of tenancy cleans as the lettings and sales markets pick up. We would advise two weeks notice for a clean to avoid disappointment. However if you require an urgent or last minute clean, please do get in touch with us as we will be more than happy to try and help you with your property.
Do I need an end of tenancy cleaner, can I just do it myself?
Yes you can! N J Cleaning Services carry out domestic cleans of properties, which most able people can carry out themselves. However, moving home is a tiring and time consuming process and many tenants fall short of readying the property for handover. This can cause a delay in receiving your deposit back or even result in deductions. N J Cleaning Services are an agency recommended contractor and work to the highest standards to satisfy check outs and landlord handovers.
Do you offer builder cleans?
At N J Cleaning Services we are happy to help with any kind of one off clean. We often carry out cleans of newly built/rennovated properties or even a small clean after new carpets installed. Whatever your property situation, please feel free to get in touch here to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer regular cleans?
N J Cleaning Services specialise in end of tenancy cleans. Many of our cleans require a whole day or more at one property. Therefore a regular cleaning slot is not compatible with our working schedules. Regular cleans are what we consider ‘maintenance cleaning’, here at N J Cleaning Services we love to get stuck into the really dirty jobs!
